According to information from the Propaganda Department of the Dong Da District Party Committee, the district currently has 874 grassroots and affiliated Party branches with 29,370 Party members. According to the report, as of 11:00 AM on December 16th, 351 out of 874 Party branches had completed their political activities on "Studying, understanding, and disseminating the Party's guiding ideology and major orientations, as well as those of General Secretary To Lam, on the new era – the era of national progress" (accounting for 40%). In the afternoon, 283 more Party branches registered to implement the activities, raising the rate to 71%. By evening, it is expected that 100% of grassroots and affiliated Party branches will have completed the political activities with a high sense of responsibility.

In particular, each Party branch demonstrated flexibility in its meeting methods, adapting them to the specific circumstances and creating a strong ripple effect among all cadres and Party members.

The central focus of this training session was to study and thoroughly understand the guiding principles and major orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam, thereby helping cadres and Party members gain a deeper understanding of the Party's views on leading the country into the "era of self-improvement" - a stage of comprehensive development and deep international integration.

Typically in Phuong Lien ward, the Secretary of the Phuong Lien Ward Party Committee, Dao Thi Minh Hien, stated that the ward currently has 15 Party branches with 870 Party members. In implementing Plan No. 347-KH/QU of the Standing Committee of the Dong Da District Party Committee on the deployment and dissemination of the political activity "Studying, understanding, and disseminating the guiding thoughts and major orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam on the new era – the era of national progress," the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee has developed a plan for implementation throughout the ward's Party organization.

Regarding organizational methods, Ms. Dao Thi Minh Hien stated that the Party Committee of the ward will organize various forms of dissemination and propaganda such as: seminars, workshops, Party committee meetings, thematic meetings at the branch level, and regular meetings of political and social organizations to study and disseminate information in a manner appropriate to practical conditions and assigned functions and tasks. Thematic meetings will be organized to suit different target groups such as: leading and managerial cadres, Party members, Youth Union members, and association members. After studying, disseminating, and conducting political and ideological activities, each cadre and Party member will write a report and develop their own action plan; Party committees at all levels will develop specific action programs for implementation.

Through the thematic discussion session, Comrade Nguyen Van Vinh (a member of Party Branch 6, Phuong Lien Ward) stated that Party Branch 6 has extensively disseminated to all cadres, Party members, and the people the profound significance, guiding ideology, and major orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam regarding the new era, the era of national progress; creating high unity within the political system. Through studying this thematic political discussion session, each Party member will understand the importance, significance, and necessity of studying and thoroughly grasping the major orientations and directives of the Party and General Secretary To Lam regarding the new era - the era of national progress.

Through these activities, the Party branch committee and each individual Party member will use this as a guiding principle for their future actions. Accordingly, for the country to enter a new era, it must stem from the responsibility of each cadre, Party member, and the people through concrete and practical actions. Therefore, the Party Branch of Thai Thinh Secondary School seriously implemented the contents of political activities: thoroughly instructing all Party members to carefully study the thematic activity materials. Party members seriously discussed the guiding ideology and major orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam regarding the new era – the era of national progress. Party members in the Branch demonstrated a high sense of personal responsibility in implementing that viewpoint and ideology. According to Party member Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung, this political activity had a strong impact on the awareness and actions of Party members in the Party branch: raising awareness and creating a profound transformation in the sense of responsibility of Party members in building an educational environment in accordance with the Party's and the General Secretary's directives. The activity also awakened pride and confidence in the Party's leadership, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and unity among Party members in the Party branch.

Party member Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung also shared that, among the 7 strategic orientations for leading the country into a new era – an era of national progress – the Thai Thinh Secondary School Party Branch, with its unique characteristics as a school unit, focuses on effectively implementing 4 orientations. Specifically, regarding digital transformation, the school has implemented the digitization of management records and teaching activities, built a resource system, and effectively implemented teaching activities on a digital platform.

Regarding the fight against waste, emphasis should be placed on moral education in schools, practicing thrift and combating wastefulness, especially instilling in cadres, teachers, staff, and students the awareness of effectively utilizing the invested facilities.
