QNgTV- The Ministry of Finance has just approved the Project "Converting the model and method of tax management for business households when eliminating lump-sum tax" to meet the policy of developing the private economy in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

The project aims to continue modernizing tax management for business households, eliminating lump-sum taxes, establishing an equal business environment between business households and enterprises, focusing on supporting taxpayers, and creating favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of the private economy .

Accordingly, simplify and cut at least 30% of administrative procedure processing time, at least 30% of legal compliance costs and continue to cut sharply in the following years in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW.

Ensure that 100% of subjects subject to applying electronic invoices generated from cash registers according to Decree No. 70/ND-CP of the Government must register and use them.

The project aims to ensure that business households apply the self-declaration and self-payment method from January 1, 2026.
