Post office becomes department store

QNgTV- Many post offices have become department stores, providing financial and public administrative services, in addition to postal delivery services.

Vietnam Post Corporation opened two "Postal Department Stores" at 5 Pham Hung and 66 Trang Tien, Hanoi .

This is a combined retail model in the postal space, turning Post Offices into "multi-purpose service centers", meeting many needs of the people. At these stores, customers can shop for essential goods such as food, cosmetics, household goods, textiles... and at the same time use postal delivery, postal finance and public administration services.

The model is expected to help improve the efficiency of the public postal network, helping people access essential goods and services more conveniently.

Vietnam Post Corporation aims to operate 200 Post Office Department Stores nationwide by the end of 2025, linked to a system of service points from urban to rural areas.
