After implementing the press planning, literary magazines in many localities have focused on innovation, focusing on taking advantage of their fields, developing 'niche markets' to improve the quality of content. Including changing the editorial office model, stimulating the creative potential of young writers, mobilizing a team of capable and enthusiastic collaborators.
In Thai Nguyen , after the press planning, from February 1, 2021, the Newspaper was converted into a Magazine with the name "Thai Nguyen Literature and Arts Magazine". Thai Nguyen Literature and Arts Magazine has 2 versions, including a printed Magazine, published 2 issues per month, 44 pages and Thai Nguyen Literature and Arts Magazine online. Both versions have been operating regularly for nearly 4 years and have achieved many remarkable results.

We all know that video, audio, emagazine, infographic products... require expertise and technological equipment, even expensive technological equipment. However, most writers, poets, artists... will not meet the requirements to provide this special product for the Magazine.
Journalist Tran Van Thep, Editor-in-Chief of Thai Nguyen Literature and Arts Magazine, said that there were many difficulties, but the magazine had found the right steps, including gradually training a team of reporters and connecting with collaborators to do part of the work. For example, taking advantage of the members who are photographers who are both good at artistic photography and have the ability to do press photography to participate in collaboration, making the photo part of the emagazine. Collaborators are writers who can write the content, to work with the editors of the editorial office to edit the content and make graphics or videos.
“From nothing, without specialized reporters, without technical equipment, without any columns or media products, up to now, the unit has regularly produced multimedia press products, posted on digital platforms under the magazine's brand, ensuring quality and being well received by readers,” informed journalist Tran Van Thep.
Similarly, at Song Lam Literature Magazine ( Nghe An ) in recent years, the Magazine has always improved its content and quality, opening many new sections that are of interest to readers. In addition, the Magazine has known how to take advantage of social networking platforms to provide attractive information and images about cultural and artistic activities to the general public.
