The program targets EVN’s electricity customers, residents, businesses, and production and business units. EVN's 2024 Customer Appreciation Month includes a number of contents, such as: Focusing on ensuring safe and stable electricity supply and improving customer service quality; organizing customer conferences to listen to customers' feedback, answer questions, and provide advice on safe, economical and efficient electricity use; expressing gratitude, giving gifts, and thanking industrial production customers and large electricity consumers who have actively participated and coordinated with the Electricity unit to adjust non-commercial electricity loads, shift production hours to off-peak hours... in 2024, especially during the hot months that cause electricity consumption to increase dramatically; implementing new power supply programs, supporting repair, inspection, maintenance, consulting, and free guidance on customers' electrical systems; ensuring safe, economical and efficient use of electricity; free meter installation, transformer station cleaning for businesses, and supporting customers' transformer testing; Strengthen guidance and propaganda to customers on safe, economical and efficient use of electricity in daily life and production through channels (Direct conferences, consulting via customer care hotline, App, web, text messages, coordination with mass organizations, political - social agencies, etc.); commend typical families participating in the program Electricity-saving households, green families, etc.; coordinate with banks, payment intermediary organizations, and partner units to jointly implement diverse customer care activities through forms such as giving gifts, giving bonus points, vouchers for preferential services, etc.
