At the conference, Colonel Hoang Ngoc Huynh, Deputy Director of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, disseminated the content of "Some new regulations in design appraisal, inspection of fire prevention and rescue acceptance, issuance of licenses for circulation of fire prevention and rescue vehicles and other regulations related to business activities of enterprises".
Chairman of the Vietnam Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Association Nguyen Do Tung Cuong disseminated and guided new legal regulations (in addition to the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue) taking effect from July 1, 2025, directly affecting business operations, including 4 resolutions of the Politburo (Resolutions 57, 59, 60, 68); Resolution 198/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly; Resolution 138/NQ-CP of the Government; outstanding policies on administrative procedures; preferential tax policies; policies to encourage research and development and technology investment; and shared about challenges for manufacturing enterprises... According to Mr. Nguyen Do Tung Cuong, in the face of these challenges, the Vietnam Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Association has a detailed plan to support member enterprises and will implement it in the near future.
The training conference also spent most of its time on questions and answers about enterprises' difficulties regarding the process, procedures, and components of the fire prevention and fighting appraisal dossier at the police agency and the construction management agency, and practical difficulties in the recent past; the process and procedures for granting circulation permits for fire prevention and fighting vehicles; clarifying the concepts of fire-prevention materials and components; fire-resistant materials and components in the process of granting circulation permits; difficulties in the appraisal and acceptance of fire prevention and fighting in the transitional period; fire prevention and fighting professional certificates for individuals after the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue takes effect.
