Training on digital transformation skills for trade union officials.

(CT) - On May 15th, the Can Tho City Federation of Labor Unions, in coordination with the Institute of Strategy and Policy of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, organized a training conference on digital transformation skills for over 400 full-time trade union officials from specialized departments and affiliated units of the City Federation of Labor Unions, and representatives from grassroots trade unions.

Over the course of one day, trade union officials received training in identifying topics, writing news articles reflecting trade union activities; guidance on applying artificial intelligence (AI) in trade union communication; and the creative application of AI in designing modern communication products such as infographics and short videos. This helped trade union officials improve their communication skills and apply digital technology and AI more effectively in grassroots trade union activities.
