Capacity building training for cooperative members

As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of Vietnam Cooperative Day (April 11, 1946 - April 11, 2024), on April 2, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized a training program to improve capacity and disseminate the Law on Cooperatives 2023 for representatives of 300 cooperatives and people's credit funds that are members of the Provincial Cooperative Union.

At the training course, trainees were informed by the presenters about the following contents: Improving negotiation skills, connecting product consumption markets; implementing digital transformation applications, business skills on digital platforms, exploiting digital technology applications to promote and introduce products; building collective brands, perfecting packaging and labels, managing quality and developing product brands according to the value chain... At the same time, the contents of the 2023 Law on Cooperatives and related documents were disseminated.

Through the course, delegates who are managers and cooperative members are informed, improve their capacity, management skills and operation of cooperatives according to the orientation and development trends of the market. From there, forming chains of links and cooperation in production and business, gradually improving income and living standards for members, contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality.
