In parallel with the implementation of projects following the urban area model associated with the market, Tay Bac Group is approaching new directions with breakthrough products to take advantage of the country's new opportunities.
According to the Chairman of Tay Bac Group Vu The Truong, in the next 5 years, in addition to the above-mentioned key areas, the company will invest in urban areas associated with international trade centers, social housing and export products for construction to the international market.
In particular, for the field of Urban Areas associated with international commercial centers, Tay Bac Group has officially implemented the first project, My Tho Central Complex (also known as Tien Giang Province Trade and Service Center Project (in Hung Vuong Square) in Dao Thanh Ward, Dong Thap Province (formerly Dao Thanh Commune, My Tho City, Tien Giang Province).

At the project, Tay Bac Group transferred part of the project to AEON Vietnam in May 2025 to build a commercial center. The remaining land is planned to become a Japanese-style commercial area including 73 commercial townhouses and a central park with modern check-in highlights, in line with the trend of international integration.
With its location close to the square, where major cultural events and festivals often take place, and the Dong Thap Provincial Public Administration Service Center, in addition to the outstanding internal and external facilities, especially the first AEON shopping center in Dong Thap province, My Tho Central Complex is expected to contribute to changing the urban landscape and promoting the economic and commercial development of the area, providing high-class shopping facilities and modern accommodation, meeting the increasing needs of the people.
On June 10, 2025, Tay Bac Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the technical infrastructure and commercial townhouses of the above project. At the same time, AEON Vietnam also received the project's Investment Registration Certificate and is expected to deploy the shopping center from August 2025, putting it into operation from the fourth quarter of 2026.
With the My Tho Central Complex project, Tay Bac Group is gradually realizing its new strategy and continuing to write brilliant milestones on the journey of "Creating new values" that the Group has persistently pursued for over two decades.
