In many communes and wards throughout the province, local police officers have proactively implemented various innovative models and approaches to support people in accessing digital services. From guiding people in installing and activating VNeID electronic identity verification accounts and integrating personal documents into the application, to assisting with online administrative procedures, residence registration, temporary stay declaration, and vehicle registration via the internet, all have been carried out with dedication and care.

Many units have established mobile task forces, taking advantage of time outside of regular working hours to visit residential areas, lodging houses, and production and business establishments to guide people in using digital services. For the elderly, those in difficult circumstances, or those who are not tech-savvy, police officers provide hands-on guidance, helping people successfully complete procedures on digital platforms.

In Duong Minh Chau commune, the Duong Minh Chau Commune Police have made efforts to effectively implement solutions to help people install and use the VNeID and VNeTraffic applications, as well as register and use online public services. These actions have helped save time and travel costs, while also fostering a habit of using digital technology in handling administrative procedures among local residents.

Ms. Le Thi Huynh Trang, residing in Tan Dinh 1 hamlet, Duong Minh Chau commune, happily shared: “Because I wasn't tech-savvy, I was very confused when I first started using digital applications. Thanks to the enthusiastic and patient support from the police officers, who guided me step-by-step through the steps I didn't understand, I now feel confident.”

Lieutenant Nguyen Hoang Linh, from the Duong Minh Chau Commune Police, stated: Police officers have directly guided residents in installing and activating level 2 VNeID accounts; using the VNeTraffic application to look up and report traffic information; installing and using the "Fire Alarm 114" application for fire prevention and control; and providing quick and convenient online public services. Police officers diligently guide residents until they successfully operate the application, gradually familiarizing them with the digital environment. This activity has contributed to increasing the rate of people using digital platforms, promoting digital transformation in the locality, and strengthening the close relationship between the police force and the people in ensuring security and order.

The model also connects directly to the official Fanpage of Long Cang Commune Police on Facebook, creating an official information channel that helps people easily access, update, and carry out administrative procedures. Through this digital platform, Long Cang Commune Police regularly disseminate legal information, inform about the security situation, warn about the methods and tactics of various types of crimes, and update new regulations.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh (residing in Long Cang commune) expressed his gratitude: “Previously, every time I had to complete administrative procedures, I had to go in person and ask many times to understand the necessary documents. Since the commune police introduced the QR code, I only need to scan the code with my phone to view the full instructions. This method is very convenient and saves time for the people…”

In Vinh Cong commune, the Vinh Cong Commune Police have arranged a scientifically and conveniently organized area for receiving citizens and handling administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for people to contact them. The online public service transmission system is maintained stably, ensuring smooth connectivity from Tay Ninh province to the local level, helping to receive and process applications quickly and correctly. Along with fully publicizing administrative procedures under their jurisdiction, the commune police officers also display QR codes for citizens to easily scan and look up necessary information, contributing to the modernization of administrative reform at the local level.

The "Three Best" movement is concretized through practical and tangible actions such as resolving administrative procedures as quickly as possible, providing the most dedicated guidance to citizens, and applying technology most effectively. Many officials and employees have independently researched solutions and initiatives to shorten processing times, reduce the number of trips citizens have to make, and improve service quality.

With the motto "putting the people at the center, using people's satisfaction as the measure," the local police in many communes and wards in Tay Ninh have been playing a pioneering role in digital transformation, contributing to building a modern and efficient administration. The achievements not only affirm the effectiveness of digital transformation by the local police but also strongly spread the spirit of responsibility, dedication, and creativity of officers and soldiers in implementing the "Three Best" emulation movement, for the peaceful and happy lives of the people.
