Tay Ninh starts construction of Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area project

In the atmosphere of the whole country simultaneously starting and inaugurating works and projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on the morning of August 19, 2025, Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee coordinated with Vingroup Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area project, Phuoc Vinh Tay commune.

Attending the ceremony were former President Truong Tan Sang; Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Le Cong Thanh; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Quyet; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut; leaders and former leaders of the province through the periods; leaders of provincial departments and branches and representatives of units, localities and enterprises in the province.

Delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony of the Project

Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area, with a scale of nearly 1,100 hectares and a total investment of more than 80,000 billion VND promises to become one of the leading urban areas in the region. The project is developed according to the ecological - smart - sustainable urban model, with full facilities such as health , culture, sports, landscape, and green parks, to create a classy, modern living space close to nature.

With a strategic location, directly connected to key transportation systems such as Ring Road 4, Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, and Metro Line 12, Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area is expected to become a new "growth pole" of Tay Ninh, contributing to attracting investment, creating jobs, and improving the quality of life for the community.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut said that Tay Ninh province always accompanies enterprises, creating the most favorable conditions within the legal framework for the project to be successfully implemented on schedule. He requested the investor - Vinhomes - VIG Joint Venture to focus maximum resources, implement the project to ensure progress, quality, safety, strive to complete infrastructure by 2027 and put the entire project into operation by 2030. Departments, branches, sectors and local authorities proactively remove obstacles, speed up related administrative procedures to the maximum, not to allow delays to arise, affecting the progress of the project.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also hopes that the people in the province and localities will continue to support the province's major policies, proactively and actively cooperate closely with the government in site clearance work, ensuring a better quality of life for the people./.
