Tay Ninh creates clean land fund, attracts investment, promotes socio-economic development

At the meeting, delegates listened to the draft Working Regulations, assignment of tasks to members and the Work Program of the Steering Committee. On that basis, many comments were raised to perfect the document format, supplement the legal basis as well as clarify the tasks and powers of the Committee. Some delegates proposed that the Provincial Party Committee issue a new Resolution with specific targets and projects for each stage, helping the Provincial People's Committee and working groups have a basis for smooth implementation, clear assignment and higher efficiency.

In his concluding remarks, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet requested to review and develop a new Resolution on compensation and site clearance, replacing previously issued documents. He affirmed that the goal of this work is to create a clean land fund to attract investment, promote socio -economic development of the province, and improve people's lives.

To ensure effectiveness, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee Office to be the standing agency of the Steering Committee, and at the same time required the Working Group to operate "lean, strong, but effective". The Working Group is also responsible for advising and promptly proposing to the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Steering Committee on mechanisms, policies and breakthrough solutions to remove obstacles in the process of site clearance./.
