Techcombank (Vietnam Technological and Commercial Bank) continues to open new branches in Binh Duong – a step towards completing its strategy of expanding its scale and enhancing customer experience in key economic regions of Southern Vietnam. In less than two weeks, Techcombank has put into operation eight new branch offices nationwide, including three in the South, a clear testament to its rapid implementation and unwavering commitment to improving customer experience.

Techcombank's Binh Duong branch is one of 19 key branches nationwide that will undergo a comprehensive transformation in Q2/2025, following an operating model that aims for next-generation banking standards in Vietnam, with technology as its foundation, customer focus, and standardized services according to international standards.
With its open, modern, and friendly design, the branch space creates a comfortable and convenient feeling for customers when conducting transactions. Each functional area is fully integrated with advanced technological solutions such as e-Signature, iDO, eKYC..., simplifying processes, minimizing manual operations, and reducing waiting times for customers. Digitizing processes will also help reduce the pressure of handling paper documents for branch staff, contributing to optimizing the consulting and customer care capabilities of bank employees.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Jens Lottner – CEO of Techcombank – shared: “This is not simply a redesign of the space, strongly reflecting Techcombank's iconic features.
