According to the proposed plan, from the third week of April to the end of June 2025, the Provincial People's Committee aims to collect 2,730,766 million VND from land use fees and 853,285 million VND from land lease fees. The estimated total revenue for the first six months of the year from these two sources is projected to reach 3,391,770 million VND (70.15% of the provincial People's Council's budget estimate) and 1,075,080 million VND (51.19% of the provincial People's Council's budget estimate), respectively.
The plan, as determined by the Provincial People's Committee, will be implemented with a specific and meticulous approach, monitoring progress weekly for each project and locality; simultaneously, linking implementation results with the evaluation, reward, and disciplinary actions of officials. Departments, agencies, and localities must demonstrate a spirit of unity, high determination, and coordinated action to fulfill the task of collecting state revenue.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned a Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct units to implement solutions to ensure the collection progress. The People's Committees of districts and cities are responsible for proactively coordinating with the Regional Tax Office VII to work directly with businesses that still owe land use fees and land lease fees to urge them to pay into the state budget.
At the same time, localities must coordinate closely with relevant departments and agencies in developing land price plans and processing applications for determining financial obligations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
