Kinhtedothi - This morning (March 7), the Hanoi People's Committee held a scientific workshop on promoting the highest economic growth in 2025 and striving to achieve double digits in the 2026-2030 period.
The workshop was held at the headquarters of the City People's Committee with the participation of leaders of the City Party Committee, City People's Committee, units, departments, branches, businesses and online at the bridge point of the People's Committees of districts, towns.
The workshop aims to consult experts, scientists , and managers to serve the development of general goals; key targets, key tasks, breakthroughs, and key solutions for Hanoi Capital in the coming period - the era of prosperity, promoting the highest economic growth in 2025 and striving to achieve double digits in the period of 2026-2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030.
It is expected that most of the workshop's time will be devoted to speeches and discussions by economic experts and managers such as Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Cuong - Vice Chairman of the State Council of Professors; Mr. Ngo Hai Phan - Director of the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, Office of the Central Party Committee; Dr. Nguyen Dinh Cung - Former Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management Research; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Dinh Thien - Former Director of the Vietnam Economic Institute; Deputy General Secretary, Head of the Legal Department, Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Dau Anh Tuan; Dr. Nguyen Nhat Quang - Vice President, Director of VINASA Institute of Science and Technology...
The workshop also had the participation, exchange and discussion of leaders of some corporations, general companies in the area and some FDI enterprises; leaders of the Management Board of High-Tech Park and Industrial Park of Hanoi City; leaders of some districts; assessment reports and proposals of departments, branches and sectors of the city.
The City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research to be the host agency, coordinating with relevant units to organize the workshop.
