In the first 6 months of 2025, the movement of the People to Protect National Security was maintained and promoted by the Steering Committee 138 of Thanh Hai commune with many practical contents and forms, focusing on key points, closely following the requirements, tasks, and actual situation in the locality. In particular, proactively deploying peak periods to absolutely protect the safety of Lunar New Year, holidays, major political and cultural events of the province and city. Through the campaign, the masses provided more than 55 sources of information, of which 30 were valuable, helping the police force investigate and clarify 3/3 criminal cases (3 cases less than the same period in 2024); investigating and discovering 4/4 cases of security and order (ANTT), reaching 100%; Coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to resolve 2 internal conflicts and disputes, not allowing complications to arise... Regularly review, compile statistics and make a list of drug-related subjects in the area; create a file to send to a compulsory drug rehabilitation facility, mobilize families to send 1 case to voluntary drug rehabilitation... The work of building and consolidating mass models participating in protecting security and order has received special attention from Steering Committee 138; has focused on directing, consolidating and creating both material and spiritual conditions to improve the effectiveness of village chiefs and self-managed people's groups, through classification, there are 44 self-managed groups that have achieved good results; deploy the building of a security and order protection force according to the law on forces participating in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level, has built 5 groups with 13 members...; at the same time, regularly pay attention to and promote advanced models, good people, good deeds in crime prevention and control.
With the goal of continuing to maintain political stability and social order and safety in the locality, Steering Committee 138 of Thanh Hai commune requires Party committees at all levels, village heads, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations to further strengthen comprehensive leadership in ensuring security and order, mobilizing the strength of the entire political system to participate in the movement of All people protecting national security and order; at the same time, promoting the construction and consolidation of mass models participating in ensuring national security and order at the grassroots level, along with promoting the role and responsibility of leaders in directing and mobilizing people to participate in the movement of All people protecting national security and order. The commune police force and members of the Steering Committee study and propose good measures, good practices, and mass models suitable for each village, agency, unit, etc., advising the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Steering Committee to lead and direct the movement with focus and key points, contributing to curbing the increase of crimes and social evils, and preventing particularly serious crimes from arising.
