Thanh Hoa: Sam Son beach packed with tourists on the weekend.

After several days of scorching hot weather, tens of thousands of locals and tourists flocked to Sam Son beach in Thanh Hoa province. The beach was constantly crowded with people.

To ensure the safety of beachgoers, more than 50 members of the marine rescue and first aid team are deployed throughout the beaches. If an incident is detected, they will promptly provide assistance and notify coordinating forces such as rescue boats and medical personnel to provide initial first aid.

With the goal of attracting 12 million tourists , including 615,000 international visitors in 2023, Thanh Hoa province has been focusing on implementing a comprehensive set of solutions: developing and exploiting diverse characteristic tourism products; strengthening promotion and marketing efforts; boosting investment attraction; and linking tourism development with key tourism destinations nationwide.

The Sam Son coastal road is sometimes congested due to the excessive number of vehicles.
