Establishment of the Market Management Sub-Department of Quang Nam Province

The Quang Nam Provincial Market Management Department has legal personality, its own headquarters, seal, and bank account as prescribed by law.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade the responsibility of presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to receive the existing organization, staffing, personnel, funding, assets, tools, equipment, etc., up to the time of handover, in accordance with Official Letter No. 839/BCT-TCQLTT dated February 6, 2025, from the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the coordination in receiving the Market Management Department in its current state.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee's advisory body decided to issue regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Quang Nam Provincial Market Management Sub-Department under the Department of Industry and Trade, in accordance with regulations.
