Establishment of Khanh Hoa Construction Planning and Inspection Center

According to the decision, Khanh Hoa Construction Planning and Inspection Center is a public service unit under the Department of Construction, with legal status, its own seal and account in accordance with the provisions of law. The Center has the function of performing consulting services in the field of construction, along with other consulting activities in accordance with the provisions of relevant specialized laws. At the same time, the Center will perform the task of serving state management in assigned fields upon request or order of competent authorities; deploy consulting services on urban planning, rural planning, specialized planning and other types of planning in accordance with regulations.

The Center is also assigned to conduct forensic examinations on a case-by-case basis or at the request of competent authorities, in accordance with its functions, tasks and professional capacity. In addition, the Center also participates in consulting on urban, housing and real estate development; establishing and examining construction investment projects; consulting on project management, construction supervision, investment cost management; as well as performing inspection and testing activities, certifying the quality of construction works. In addition, the Center also provides measurement, surveying, topographic mapping, marking planning boundaries, and monitoring construction deformation, meeting the requirements of management agencies and related organizations and individuals.

The center's organizational structure includes a board of directors (Director and Deputy Directors) and 6 specialized departments: General Administration, Planning, Planning Design, Construction Design, Inspection Consulting and Survey - Testing.
