Decision to establish the Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center

The Hai Duong Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center is under the Provincial People's Committee Office (headquartered at 45 Quang Trung, Hai Duong City). The Center was established on the basis of merging the Center for Enterprise Development Support, Investment Consulting and Promotion (Department of Planning and Investment); the Trade Promotion Center (Department of Industry and Trade) and the Information - Tourism Promotion Center (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism).

The Center is a public service unit that self-insures its regular expenditures; is under the direct direction and management of the Provincial People's Committee Office in terms of structure, organization and operation; and is also under the state management of competent state agencies; starting operation from March 1, 2025.

Hai Duong Province Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center has a center leader (director and no more than 3 directors), including departments: professional, technical; administrative - general; investment promotion and support; trade and tourism promotion.
