Ninh Hoa Ward agrees not to use April 2nd road for driving practice and testing

According to people's feedback, recently, driving practice and testing vehicles of Ninh Hoa Vocational Training and Driving Testing Center have been operating on some densely populated roads, causing traffic insecurity in Ninh Hoa ward.

Talking to reporters, the leader of Ninh Hoa Ward People's Committee said that on September 25, the ward received a petition from people reflecting that trucks and driving practice cars of Ninh Hoa Vocational Education Center for Driver Training and Testing were running in groups on April 2 Street. This is a densely populated area, so the driving of the vehicles obstructed traffic, causing insecurity for traffic participants, especially students going to school. After receiving the reflection, the Department of Economics , Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Ninh Hoa Ward coordinated with Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station to conduct a field inspection and work with Ninh Hoa Vocational Education Center for Driver Training and Testing. After working, the two units agreed to recommend to the competent authority to not use the section from April 2 Square to the roundabout intersection between April 2 Street and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Oanh Street (about 2km long) for driving practice and testing to ensure traffic safety.
