Establishment of Lam Dong Province Tourism Promotion Center

Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center is a public service unit under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province, has legal status, has its own office, seal and account.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - Mr. Ho Van Muoi has just signed a decision to establish Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center on the basis of receiving the original status of Binh Thuan Provincial Tourism Promotion Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province (before the arrangement).

According to the decision, Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center receives all personnel of Binh Thuan Provincial Tourism Promotion Center; arranges and assigns personnel.

At the same time, receive the financial status, assets, equipment, documents and records of Binh Thuan Provincial Tourism Promotion Center to continue managing and using according to regulations.

The decision also clearly states that Lam Dong Province Tourism Promotion Center will take over all functions and tasks of Binh Thuan Province Tourism Promotion Center to continue implementing the tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to direct the Binh Thuan Provincial Tourism Promotion Center (old) to transfer, receive, and manage assets, facilities, equipment, finance, records, and related documents, ensuring that the activities of the Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center are continued continuously and uninterrupted; carry out procedures to revoke the seals of the units according to regulations. Completion date is before July 15, 2025.

At the same time, appoint the Director and Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center; direct the Center to arrange and assign personnel of the unit in accordance with the provisions of law.
