Thanh Tri Commune completely handles violations of agricultural land in the West Village area.

Recently, the Working Group of Thanh Tri Commune Economic Department inspected the current situation in the West Village Area (old Yen My Commune) and discovered violations on agricultural land.

Faced with that situation, the People's Committee of Thanh Tri commune issued a notice requesting Mr. Tran Van Han, hamlet 7 Yen My, to voluntarily correct violations on agricultural land.

After 4 days of self-remediation, up to now, Mr. Tran Van Han's family has voluntarily moved all waste, garbage, and scrap out of the land, restored the original state and built a 0.8m high corrugated iron fence around the land to protect the ground.

The handling of this violation is carried out in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring safety and order, and witnessed by representatives of relevant departments and branches.

In the coming time, Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee will continue to direct specialized departments to strengthen inspections. If violations of land and construction order are detected, the dossier will be completed for handling according to the provisions of law.
