The “Secret Garden Live in Vietnam” program is the third concert in the “Good Morning Vietnam” international music project series for the community, initiated and implemented by Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group Vietnam, following the success of the two events “Kenny G Live in Vietnam” and “Bond Live in Vietnam”.

Beyond simply bringing world- class music to domestic audiences, the organizers of "Good Morning Vietnam" also aim to promote the image of Vietnam to the world through the music videos of the international artists participating in the program. As in previous years, all proceeds from ticket sales will be used for charitable purposes – a humanitarian endeavor maintained by Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group Vietnam.
While Kenny G and the band Bond have previously performed in Vietnam, the legendary duo Secret Garden are making their debut in the country. The "Secret Garden Live in Vietnam" concert also marks the beginning of Secret Garden's World Tour, celebrating their 30th anniversary this year.

Journalist Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, said: “With Secret Garden, we spent two years arranging the schedule to perform in Vietnam. The music of Secret Garden is very special; it can relieve difficulties and dispel fatigue in life.”
“In Norway, the two artists from Secret Garden also read about the recent storms and floods in Vietnam and they were very grateful to participate in the international music project for the community, “Good Morning Vietnam,” initiated by Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group Vietnam. According to the artists, besides bringing top-quality music to the public, this program also has a charitable purpose: to donate all proceeds from ticket sales to support people in the flood-affected areas of Vietnam,” the Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper added.

Speaking at the press conference, artist Fionnuala Sherry expressed their joy at being in Vietnam for the first time. They learned that Vietnamese fans loved their music and had always dreamed of performing in Vietnam. And now, that dream has come true.
Artist Rolf Løvland said the group is really excited for the performances. This is their first time setting foot in this beautiful country, and that makes them both incredibly thrilled. When the group posted information about the tour on their fan page, many Vietnamese fans commented, sent greetings, and expressed their love for Secret Garden's music. This warm affection made the two members feel a special connection with the Vietnamese audience. The upcoming concert is very significant to them because it is part of the meaningful international music project for the community, "Good Morning Vietnam," and marks the 30th anniversary of Secret Garden's career.

Artist Fionnuala Sherry added: “We are delighted to receive such enthusiastic support from Vietnamese audiences and are also very happy to participate in and support meaningful charitable and social activities organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group. It is a joy to contribute in some way to bringing meaningful things to the people of Vietnam,” shared artist Fionnuala Sherry.
The organizers stated that Secret Garden's performance in Hanoi followed a common format and met international standards for stage design and sound. Secret Garden will present a collection of works that have made them famous, divided into three overarching themes: Nature; beautiful scenery and relationships with people; and culture. With a minimalist stage design that emphasizes storytelling through sound, Vietnamese audiences will be guided on a poetic journey of enjoyment. From richly evocative instrumental melodies to songs that blend classical and Nordic-Celtic folk styles, perfectly suited to the refined tastes of Vietnamese audiences during Hanoi's autumn days.

Artist Rolf Løland also promised that this would be a "one-of-a-kind" show, combining new songs with familiar tunes such as "Nocturne," "Songs From a Secret Garden," and many other surprises.
Mr. Nguyen Thuy Duong, Chairman of IB Group Vietnam, revealed: “Our biggest challenge is how to spread music along with the values of culture and history, as well as how to arrange the schedules of performing artists to suit Vietnam. But fortunately, the previous two seasons of “Good Morning Vietnam” were extremely successful, which helped to strengthen the artists' confidence in the program.”

According to artist Rolf Løvland, after their performance in Hanoi, Secret Garden will continue their tour in major cities across China before returning to Norway.
Secret Garden is a Norwegian musical group consisting of two members: violinist Fionnuala Sherry and composer and pianist Rolf Løvland, formed in 1994. The combination of these two talented artists with their distinct musical styles has created a unique identity for Secret Garden – both academic and accessible, captivating a wide audience with its distinctly Nordic sound.
Secret Garden maintains its position in mainstream music as one of Universal Classics & Jazz's best-selling artists, boasting 113 platinum records worldwide, over 3 billion streams, and 311 weeks on the Billboard New Age chart. Their song "You Raise Me Up" (2001) has been covered by numerous leading artists and groups worldwide, including Josh Groban, Westlife, Il Divo, Hauser, and over 1,000 other artists.
