This competition, organized for the first time by the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, is part of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, Phase I: from 2021-2025.

Ten teams representing ten districts and cities presented content related to the law on ethnic affairs, focusing on the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, Phase I: from 2021-2025; and legal regulations directly related to the lives of ethnic minorities, such as: prevention of social evils, prevention of domestic violence, gender equality, promoting the role of the people in protecting national defense and the ecological environment… to the audience through theatrical performances and answering direct questions posed by the organizers.
The organizers awarded first prize to the team from Long Khánh city. Second prize went to the team from Định Quán district. The two third prizes were awarded to the teams from Cẩm Mỹ and Tân Phú districts, respectively.
In addition, the organizing committee also awarded 6 consolation prizes and 3 special prizes to the teams with the best performances.
