On August 18, the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" of Ninh Binh city held a conference to review the emulation movement and commend typical models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the period 2021-2023.
In the period of 2021-2023, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and the building of models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" received attention from Party committees and city authorities; the Fatherland Front, departments, branches and organizations from the city to the grassroots actively responded and participated. The content and methods of mass mobilization activities were innovated. Through the implementation of the emulation movement, the awareness and responsibility of all levels and branches regarding mass mobilization work; the sense of responsibility, leadership and advisory capacity of the team of cadres doing mass mobilization work were raised.
The models and examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" have promoted the strength of the entire political system and all classes of people in concretizing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, finding positive measures to resolve the people's legitimate demands and aspirations, ensuring harmony between the interests of the State, the collective and individuals.
The models and examples have focused on solving basic and urgent local issues, aiming at the goals of socio-economic development, ensuring security and national defense, building the political system, contributing to promoting the patriotic emulation movement among all classes of people, and successfully implementing socio-economic goals in the city.
In the 2021-2023 period, the entire city registered to deploy the construction of 442 models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in various fields associated with the 5 full-term work programs of the 20th City Party Executive Committee, with 353 models and typical examples at the grassroots level; 88 models and typical examples at the city level.
In the fields of economy , socio-culture, urban development, national security and defense, and political system building, there have been models, typically "Clever Mass Mobilization". Typical examples are: The pilot production model of fresh corn varieties in a safe direction at Hoang Son Agricultural Cooperative, Ninh Tien Commune; the model of "Mobilizing farmers to exploit and effectively use interspersed and fallow land" of the City Farmers' Association; the model of "Residential areas implementing civilized and progressive funerals"; "Connecting social networks - for the peace of the city"... The models have been implemented, focusing on the grassroots with many specific and practical tasks, promoting the people's mastery, contributing to strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the government and the people.
At the conference, delegates discussed solutions to better implement the emulation movements of skillful mass mobilization in the coming time, which are: Continuing to innovate the content and methods, improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization activities of the political system in a practical direction, closely linked to people's lives. Promoting the role of the people in building governments at all levels in the direction of creativity, integrity, action, service, for the people...
On this occasion, the Steering Committee of the City's Skillful Mass Mobilization Emulation Movement recognized and rewarded 25 Skillful Mass Mobilization models; the City People's Committee awarded 13 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Skillful Mass Mobilization Emulation Movement for the period 2021-2023.
