Tuyen Quang City planted 1,750 tissue-hybrid acacia trees at the Tree Planting Festival to forever remember Uncle Ho.

Participating in the Tree Planting Festival were comrade Ta Duc Tuyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang City Party Committee; leaders, officials of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations; departments, offices, agencies and units of the city.

In 2024, Tuyen Quang city focused on directing agencies, units, and People's Committees of communes and wards to effectively implement the task of planting trees and afforestation; completing and exceeding the 2024 afforestation plan target. By 2025, Tuyen Quang city strives to plant over 200 hectares of forest; care for and protect 6,300 hectares of forest.

Leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and City Fatherland Front Committee participated in tree planting.

Responding to Uncle Ho's call and following his words, at the launching ceremony, the leaders of the City People's Committee requested that all levels, branches and localities of the city continue to focus on leadership and direction.   Speed ​​up the pace of afforestation, paying special attention to the protection and care of existing forests; planting fruit trees, street shade trees, trees, ornamental trees in public places and agencies, units, schools, medical stations, and hospitals in accordance with the city's urban green tree planning.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees, agencies, organizations, units, communes, wards, youth union members and people planted 1,750 hybrid acacia trees, opening the tree planting and afforestation movement in 2025.
