TPO - On the morning of June 13, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to disseminate a number of important resolutions and regulations of the Central Committee, including the results of the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure.
The conference also heard about: Regulation No. 144, dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; Resolution No. 34, dated January 9, 2023 of the Politburo on a number of major orientations and policies to implement the foreign policy of the 13th National Party Congress; Resolution No. 22 of the City Party Committee dated November 1, 2023 on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern Capital Police force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
At the conference, Head of the Department of Theory, Central Propaganda Department Doan Van Bau quickly announced the results of the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure; Regulation No. 144, dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period.

According to Mr. Bau, Regulation No. 144 has demonstrated innovative thinking, closely following the situation, reality, requirements, and revolutionary tasks set forth in the new period, and is at the same time an important basis for good preparation for personnel work of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress....
In this Regulation, the Politburo has specified very specifically the ethical standards of cadres and party members in the current period. These are important standards for every cadre and party member, from strategic and high-level cadres to grassroots cadres, to strictly implement.
This is also the basis for evaluating the qualities, personalities, attitudes, and behaviors of cadres and party members; it is an example for each cadre and party member, especially those holding positions, to self-reflect, self-correct, and self-train; it is the basis for the Party to train, select, and supplement party members who are virtuous, talented, and have the heart and capacity to carry out revolutionary tasks in the current context and situation...
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central External Relations Commission Ngo Le Van disseminated Resolution No. 34 of the Politburo dated January 9, 2023 "On a number of major orientations and policies to implement the foreign policy of the 13th National Party Congress".
Lieutenant General Nguyen Hai Trung, Director of the City Police Department, thoroughly grasped Resolution No. 22 of the City Party Committee dated November 1, 2023 on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern Capital Police force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
