
Removing obstacles to investment attraction projects in Van Ho.
During the meeting, representatives of the investors proposed 7 projects in 3 villages of Van Ho commune. These projects are interconnected, with a total investment of nearly 8,000 billion VND, covering an area of over 455 hectares, and are expected to create jobs for more than 1,400 local workers. Currently, the relevant units have conducted surveys and developed preliminary design plans.
Includes: Tat Nang Waterfall and Bo Am Hot Spring Ecotourism Area; Tat Nang Waterfall residential area; 27-hole golf course project in Chieng Yen; Ca Stream - Hop Thanh hot spring ecotourism area; Hop Thanh Nursing Home and residential area; Van Ho Racecourse; Zoo Park - Resort Villas.

A representative of the investors spoke at the meeting. 


The investor's representative also stated that during the project research process, the company collaborated with the Van Ho commune government to conduct on-site surveys of the people's lives and livelihoods, thereby developing a community-oriented development plan. Several livelihood models have been piloted, such as raising deer, elk, civets, and bamboo rats; providing support with breeding stock, technical assistance, and product distribution, which have initially proven effective and created local jobs for the people.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a speech.
Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated and agreed with the projects, expressing his hope for their early implementation. He noted that the projects are consistent with the planning, potential, advantages, natural landscape, cultural identity, and development needs of the province in the current period. He agreed with the investor's proposal, prioritizing the Tat Nang Waterfall Ecotourism Area and Hot Spring area projects first; followed by the golf course combined with a residential area project. He also requested relevant departments and agencies to carefully review regulations related to investment, construction, land, and environment; strengthen coordination; promptly resolve difficulties; and create favorable conditions for investors to complete their applications. He emphasized the need to enhance responsibility and expedite the processing of procedures, contributing to attracting investment projects to the province.
