On the afternoon of May 28th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam chaired a meeting to hear reports on the progress of land clearance for urban development projects in Mang Den commune.

In Mang Den commune, three urban development projects (Areas No. 1, No. 4, and No. 5) are currently underway, covering a total area of ​​nearly 790 hectares with a total investment of nearly 27,000 billion VND. Urban Development Project No. 1 alone has a scale of over 264 hectares. To date, surveying and inventorying have been completed for nearly 186 hectares, while over 78 hectares remain unimplemented due to land issues involving businesses, forestry units, and some households not residing in the area.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam requested Mang Den commune to expedite the verification of land ownership, coordinate in determining specific land prices, and strive to hand over 150 hectares to the investor by June 15th for the implementation of Urban Area No. 1 project. The investor is urged to promptly complete the 1/500 detailed planning documents, coordinate with the local authorities to mobilize residents to conduct inventory and counting, and ensure the progress of land clearance for the projects.
