Driving instructor "drunk" on alcohol and carrying 3 students

On the afternoon of January 13, the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) announced that the working group of the Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station (Thanh Hoa province) had just discovered a case of a driving instructor violating alcohol concentration, with 3 students on board.

Specifically, at 7:57 a.m. the same day, on National Highway 1A in Tan Phong town, Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa province, a working group from Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station stopped and inspected a car with license plate 36A-550.93.

Upon inspection, the driver of the vehicle was Mr. Ha Trong T. (born in 1982, in Thanh Hoa), a driving instructor at Hung Do Thanh Hoa Vocational Driving School, with an alcohol concentration of 0.174 mg/liter of breath.

According to the Traffic Police Department, at the time of the inspection, the car driven by Mr. T. was carrying 3 students. The car driven by Mr. T. had a driving practice sign.

Mr. T. admitted that on the evening of January 12, he drank 5 glasses of alcohol. On the morning of January 13, he was discovered to be in violation of his alcohol concentration while on his way to work.

The working group of Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station has drawn up a record of the incident and temporarily detained the vehicle to carry out the administrative violation handling procedure according to regulations.
