Chairman of the Hanoi City Federation of Labor Unions, Pham Quang Thanh, encouraged workers of TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd. at the "Trade Union Meal" program.

At the Dong Anh factory, approximately 1,000 union members, workers, and representatives from the Trade Union and the Company enjoyed a "Trade Union Meal." Each meal cost an average of 60,000 VND, with the Company's Trade Union contributing 31,000 VND per meal. The meals included pork ribs with rice, fried fish and squid, vermicelli soup, and desserts such as fruit, yogurt, and bottled water.

Excited to participate in the special meal, worker Dinh Thi Quyen said that the company's meal allowance is already among the best in the industrial park on a normal day. Today's "Union Meal" was even more special with a wider variety of dishes, more generous portions, and added refreshments. "Everyone ate together in a warm, friendly, and close-knit atmosphere. I hope these Union Meals will continue to be held," worker Quyen expressed.

Meanwhile, Mr. Vuong Van Chien, who has been with TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd. for 14 years, shared that he felt honored to be mobilized by the Company's Trade Union to distribute water to workers, and to enjoy benefits such as the delicious Trade Union meal program, with increased portions of nutritious dishes.

“After many years working at the factory, this is the first time a ‘Trade Union Meal’ has been organized. This program has helped us see the closeness, care, and sharing of trade union officials at all levels, creating more trust and cohesion,” Mr. Chien shared.

Workers are excited about the Union's meal program, which now includes a more diverse and nutritious menu.

According to Pham Thi Bich Hai, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the view that improving the quality of meal services for workers is equivalent to improving production efficiency for the enterprise, the company always implements the message "Your health is our wealth".

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Trade Union, in coordination with the company's leadership, organized a "Trade Union Meal" simultaneously at three factories in Dong Anh, Hung Yen, and Vinh Phuc, serving over 4,000 meals as a practical way to express gratitude to union members and workers who have made significant contributions to the development of the enterprise.

“The trade union meal also has the significance of being an opportunity for workers, trade union organizations, and business leaders to share their thoughts and feelings, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and understanding. Through this, it builds trust and attachment among union members and workers towards the trade union organization and the enterprise, fostering a harmonious, stable, and progressive relationship,” shared Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hai.

At the event, the company's labor union presented 50 gifts to union members and employees in difficult circumstances.

At the program, the Chairman of the Hanoi City Federation of Labor Unions, Pham Quang Thanh, thanked the business leaders and the Labor Union for their concern and care for the workers. He expressed hope that through the "Labor Union Meal" program, workers would have more joy and health to continue enthusiastically competing in labor and production, improving their skills, and contributing more to the company.

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor Unions affirmed that the Labor Union organization will continue to organize many activities to show more care and concern for union members and workers, coordinating with enterprise leaders to improve welfare benefits, production and business conditions, and stabilize the lives and jobs of workers.

Also at the event, the Trade Union of TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd. presented 50 gifts, each consisting of 500,000 VND in cash and a gift bag worth 300,000 VND, to union members and employees in difficult circumstances.
