Excerpt from "Female General Bui Thi Xuan" (excerpt from the play "Shining Mountains and Rivers") staged by Meritorious Artist Phuong Phu, depicts the image of a talented and loyal female general of the Tay Son dynasty.

After King Quang Trung suddenly passed away, the court weakened, she and her husband, the famous general Tran Quang Dieu, and other brave generals fought against the enemy. In the urgent situation, she gathered soldiers and practiced martial arts to prepare for the battle.
On the occasion of the couple's reunion, Tran Quang Dieu informed her that someone had falsely accused her and her husband of treason. With a steadfast mind, Bui Thi Xuan advised her husband to calm down and focus on counterattacking the enemy to keep his integrity to Tay Son and the former emperor.
Meanwhile, “The Call of the Wilderness” choreographed by artist Kim Tien has a majestic, epic sound. The dance performance is an emotional blend of gongs, flutes, and drums that echo the wildness. Viewers seem to be led into a vibrant artistic space, where the sound of streams, birdsong, and the breath of the mountains and forests are present in every dance move.

The two performances are expected to become artistic highlights in tourism activities, contributing to spreading traditional cultural values and bringing visitors memorable experiences when coming to Gia Lai province.
