The excerpt "General Bui Thi Xuan" (from the play "Shining Mountains and Rivers"), directed by Meritorious Artist Phuong Phu, portrays the image of the talented and steadfast female general of the Tay Son dynasty.

After King Quang Trung's sudden death, the royal court weakened, and she, along with her husband, the renowned general Tran Quang Dieu, and other brave generals, fought against the enemy. In this urgent situation, she gathered militia, trained in martial arts, and prepared for military campaigns.
On the occasion of their reunion, Tran Quang Dieu informed them that someone had falsely accused them of treason. With unwavering composure, Bui Thi Xuan advised her husband to calm his anger and focus on counterattacking the enemy to uphold his loyalty to the Tay Son dynasty and the Emperor.
Meanwhile, "The Call of the Great Forest," choreographed by artist Kim Tien, resonates with a majestic and epic quality. The dance performance is an emotionally charged blend of gongs, flutes, and drums, echoing the sounds of the great forest. Viewers are transported into a vibrant artistic space where the sound of streams, birdsong, and the breath of the mountains and forests are present in every dance movement.

These two performances are expected to become artistic highlights in tourism activities, contributing to the dissemination of traditional cultural values and providing tourists with memorable experiences when visiting Gia Lai province.
