The project received over 40.3 billion VND in investment from the district budget, commune budget, and other legitimate sources of funding. The road, over 3 km long, passes through two communes, Hong Duc and An Duc. After renovation and upgrading, the asphalt road surface was widened from 3.5 m to 7 m.
According to the Ninh Giang District Investment and Construction Project Management Board, the project commenced in September 2023. The contractor has completed the drainage, road embankment, and roadbed structure layers. Currently, they are working on the crushed stone base, completing the sidewalk paving, and planting areas.
