- On the afternoon of July 11, at the headquarters of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency (CEA) of Lang Son province, a ceremony was held to announce the decision to establish the provincial CEA and decisions on personnel work.
Implementing the policy of streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus of the THADS sector; based on the decisions of the Minister of Justice ; the THADS Management Department under the Ministry of Justice; the THADS sector in the province officially operates according to the organizational model of the provincial THADS agency including 4 specialized departments (Department of THADS Operations and Organization; Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations; Department of Finance - Accounting; Office) and 5 regional THADS departments (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) directly under.
Previously, on June 30, the Minister of Justice issued a decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Tai, Director of the Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement from July 1, 2025, with a term of office of 5 years from the date of appointment.
At the ceremony, the Chief of the Provincial THADS Office announced the decisions of the Minister of Justice on the establishment of the Provincial THADS; and the appointment of the Deputy Head of the Provincial THADS.
At the same time, announce the decisions of the Head of the Provincial THADS on appointing civil servants to leadership positions for 8 heads of departments, 11 deputy heads of specialized departments and regional THADS departments under the Provincial THADS; the decisions take effect from July 1, 2025 with a term of office of 5 years from the date of appointment.
Also at the ceremony, the leaders of the provincial THADS presented flowers to express gratitude to the comrades who received retirement decisions according to Decree 178 from July 1, 2025.
