Tran Bien Ward will forcibly evict 14 households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park from July 17 to 19.

Currently, there are 49 cases where assets have not been dismantled or relocated. Of these, 5 cases have had their assets relocated, and the current status is empty houses; 6 cases have mobilized people to commit to handing over the premises; 38 cases have been mobilized but people have not agreed to hand over the premises.

In terms of land areas, for the urban - commercial - service area of about 50.5 hectares (area 1, priority for site clearance before August 1, 2025), there are 14 cases that have not yet handed over the site. The ward has decided to enforce the demolition of houses and works serving life. The Enforcement Board has held a final mobilization meeting, but the households have not complied with the State's land recovery policy. Therefore, the Enforcement Board will proactively coordinate with relevant units to carry out the enforcement of demolition of houses for 14 cases on July 17, 18 and 19.

For the Provincial Political - Administrative Center area of about 103.5 hectares (area 2, priority for site clearance before August 1, 2025), there are 5 cases that have not been demolished yet. A meeting has been held to mobilize and persuade, and it is expected that the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward will issue a decision to enforce the demolition of houses and carry out enforcement work according to regulations in July 2025.

For the urban - commercial - service area of about 175 hectares (remaining area 3), there are still 30 cases that have not been demolished. The ward will continue to carry out propaganda, mobilization and enforcement work according to regulations.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha highly appreciated the initiative of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward in issuing plans, organizing implementation and achieving results in the task of relocating households and clearing land for Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested the ward to be more proactive in relocating households, appraising and approving compensation plans for enterprises.
