To remedy the consequences, Mr. Hoang Van Thien is required to restore the land to its original state before the violation (including restoring the boundaries and landmarks of the land plot). At the same time, Mr. Thien must pay back the amount of more than 2.7 million VND (2,732,136 VND), which is the amount of illegal profits obtained from committing the violation.

Previously, the locality had repeatedly announced and propagated, however, Mr. Hoang Van Thien's household did not comply with the decision to reclaim the land.
