The water level at Dong Trang station at 8:00 a.m. on December 4 was 8.15 m, 0.15 m above the warning level 1. It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, a flood may occur on the Cai River in Nha Trang, with the flood peak at warning level 2-3.
