Top student with 3 points 10 in block A00 says no to social networks

This impressive achievement is not only Quyet's pride but also the joy of his family and teachers.

Sharing about Tu Quyet's learning journey, Ms. Trinh Thi Thu Ha (41 years old, Quyet's mother) said that Quyet is a boy who has been conscious of self-study since he was young. "Parents do not have to urge or remind him. He sets his own goals and tries his best," Ms. Ha shared.

Ms. Ha also added that before the High School Graduation Exam, the family did not put too much pressure on Quyet's achievements but always let him develop naturally according to his abilities and passions.

According to Ms. Ha, being proactive in studying is the key factor that helps Quyet achieve excellent results. Despite the stressful preparation for the exam, Quyet did not have to stay up late or wake up early. He maintained a scientific and effective study habit, clearly demonstrating his self-awareness and self-discipline.

Nguyen Tu Quyet cherishes the dream of becoming an Information Technology (IT) student at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This is a goal that Quyet set early and persistently pursued.

"When he found out his score was 30/30, Quyet was both happy and surprised. Although when he got home from the exam, Quyet was confident that he could do it, the pressure of the exam room and the fear of filling in the wrong answer made him not dare to check his score right away and felt quite nervous," Ms. Ha shared.

Ms. Nguyen Dieu Huyen, Quyet's homeroom teacher and English teacher, could not hide her pride when talking about her excellent student. Ms. Huyen said that Quyet is a very intelligent student, quick-witted, and eager to learn. True to his name, Quyet is always self-determined, independent, and determined to achieve his goals.

Not only is Quyet good at natural sciences, he also excels at social sciences, especially English. Although his main goal is block A and focuses on Math, Physics, and Chemistry, Quyet still achieved 6.0 IELTS from the second semester of grade 11.

In class, Quyet is an active, sociable, cheerful and friendly student. He does not hesitate to ask teachers about lessons he does not understand and enthusiastically helps his friends solve difficult problems. Teacher Dieu Huyen shared: "Getting the maximum score is not too surprising for Quyet. The teachers all assess that he has an excellent intelligence and determination to study."

According to Ms. Huyen, one special thing about Quyet is that he doesn't use his phone much and doesn't like to go on social networking sites because he's afraid that information on social networks will distract him.

Ms. Nguyen Mai Anh, a Math teacher, also shared that Tu Quyet is a student with a passion for Math. Since grade 10, he has shown his talent for Math. He always researches, learns, and proactively asks teachers for help if he gets stuck. During the summer break, Quyet still practices diligently, solves problems, and asks teachers to grade and correct him. In particular, even though he is a good student in Math, he is very modest, always trains himself, and takes easy problems seriously so as not to make any mistakes while doing them. His success is the result of his tireless efforts every day, every hour for the determination he has set.
