Pham Huong Anh has a sweet beauty, good education, and was voted the most by the audience at Miss World Vietnam 2023.

The beauty received more than 200,000 votes, overwhelming the contestants in the contest, winning a ticket to the top 40 final round, announced on June 12.

Pham Huong Anh (blue dress) was born in 2005, from Hanoi . She attracted attention as soon as the organizers revealed her profile via fanpage in April thanks to her beauty, academic achievements, and social activities.

The female student has won scholarships from Union College, USA (1.7 billion VND), UCR University, USA (282 million VND). She also won the gold prize at the Global Invention Forum, Cyprus - Europe 2022.

Huong Anh is commented by the audience to have a gentle face. She is 1.65 m tall, with measurements of 80-56.5-85 cm.

She has catwalk experience having appeared many times on domestic fashion shows.

Huong Anh said: "I am a person who loves to learn and has many ambitions, so I set a goal to conquer the crown."

Huong Anh was a co-author of the project "Improving reproductive health awareness for women and girls of ethnic minorities in Vietnam". She is also the founder and president of the project "Beauty with a Purpose" - a charity organization, teaching about feminism, raising funds to support children in mountainous areas. The beauty received an international certificate from the Child Safe Guarding organization on child safety protection to participate in teaching and guiding students.
