Immediately after knowing the high school graduation exam scores, starting from today until 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates will register, adjust and add their wishes for university and college admission in 2025 on the general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or through the National Public Service Portal.
According to regulations, all candidates, including candidates who have been directly admitted, must register for admission online on the system. The wishes are ranked in order of priority, with the highest being wish 1. Candidates must provide data in the admission conditions corresponding to the major and program that the candidate has registered for training institutions to use for admission.
Each candidate will only be admitted to the highest choice among the registered choices when ensuring the admission conditions.
In case the training institution organizes separate forms of registration and admission, submitting documents and evidence directly or online at the training institution, candidates must follow the regulations of the training institution but still have to register on the system to be considered for admission together with all other candidates.
The Ministryof Education and Training will announce the threshold to ensure input quality for teacher training and health sectors with practice licenses on July 21, 2025.
Training institutions shall adjust and announce the scores for receiving application documents and equivalent converted admission scores on the System and the training institution's website before 5:00 p.m. on July 23, 2025.
After registering for admission, candidates will pay the admission fee online from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025.
Training institutions will upload data, admission information; high school graduation exam scores; high school learning results on the System; exam scores... (if any) to organize admission. Candidates' wishes will be processed and run virtual filtering on the System from August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 20, 2025.
The deadline for training institutions to notify candidates who have passed the first round of admission is 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2025. Candidates need to confirm their admission online for the first round on the System before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025.
