South Korea's export market reached nearly $169 million.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the province's import and export activities to the South Korean market have shown significant growth. Specifically, in 2024, export turnover reached over US$144 million, an increase of 18.62% compared to the same period in 2023. Main export items included: footwear, handbags, textiles, coconut products, seafood, ceramics, and motor vehicle bodies. Import turnover reached over US$103 million, an increase of 8.14% compared to the same period in 2023.

The main export items include: footwear, handbags, textiles, coconut products, seafood, ceramics, and motor vehicle bodies. Import turnover reached over 103 million USD, an increase of 8.14% compared to the same period in 2023.

Currently, many businesses with investment capital from South Korea are operating stably in the province.

By 2025, export turnover is projected to reach nearly US$169 million, an increase of 16.73% compared to 2024 and accounting for 4.61% of the province's total export turnover. The main export items will continue to be footwear, handbags, textiles, coconut products, seafood, ceramics, and motor vehicle bodies. Meanwhile, import turnover is expected to exceed US$124 million, an increase of 20.57% compared to 2024, accounting for 6.15% of the province's total import turnover.

The Department of Industry and Trade has proposed areas of cooperation, calling on Korean businesses to research and invest in the province in fields such as: agricultural and aquatic product processing; supporting industries; manufacturing and processing industries; trade, retail, and export promotion; and energy and infrastructure.
