On the morning of March 26, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province Le Van Dung received and resolved complaints related to the issuance of land use right certificates of citizen Pham Loc, residing in Dien Hoa commune, Dien Ban town.
According to citizen Pham Loc, his parents gave him land plot No. 219 with an area of nearly 2,500 square meters, of which 1,500 square meters is residential land and the rest is perennial land in Dien Hoa commune. In 2022, Mr. Loc submitted an application to the Dien Ban Land Use Rights Registration Office to request a land use rights certificate for this land plot, but it has not yet been resolved. According to the explanation of the representative of Dien Ban town, the reason is that in the process of measuring and determining the boundaries of the land plot, there were discrepancies compared to the original records. The current Land Law does not have specific regulations to resolve this issue.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to guide Dien Ban to have a plan to handle this case, and at the same time requested citizen Pham Loc to actively cooperate and provide complete documents so that the authorities can soon complete the legal procedures and issue land use right certificates to the family.
