In early 2023, after being selected to pilot the model of a modern and synchronous Reception and Results Department (abbreviated as "One-stop shop"), the unit focused on investing in infrastructure and synchronous equipment to meet the requirements of model implementation.
Vice Chairwoman of Ky Trinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Hai shared: "We have reinvested in the system of signs, equipment, administrative procedure listing boards under the authority of the ward level and some other basic items... with a budget of more than 100 million VND. Since the operation of the "One-stop shop" according to the new regulations, officials and civil servants have controlled the time of receiving and returning results, avoiding confusion, ensuring that documents are returned in the correct order. The style of service staff has also changed to be more professional and scientific ".
As a person who often goes to the ward's "One-stop" department to carry out administrative procedures, Ms. Tran Thi Loc (Dong Trinh residential group, Ky Trinh ward) said: "The list of administrative procedures invested by the ward People's Committee has a QR code attached to it to help us look up administrative procedures (TTHC) more conveniently."
