In today's complex and rapidly changing battlespace, the ability to see further, process faster, and act precisely is not just an advantage; it is a strategic necessity.

As unmanned aircraft systems (UAVs) take center stage in global defense operations, onboard intelligence systems must evolve in parallel, requiring long-range detection capabilities, seamless AI integration, and reliable performance at high altitudes.

Responding to this need, ASELSAN's ASELFLIR 600 emerged as Türkiye's next-generation electro-optical reconnaissance solution for HALE (High Altitude Long-Endurance) platforms.

Combining superior optics, advanced image stabilization, and AI-powered automation in a compact and rugged system, the ASELFLIR 600 delivers unrivaled intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.

Building on the proven legacy of the ASELFLIR 500, which has been widely deployed on MALE and HALE platforms such as the TB2, AKINCI, ANKA, ANKA-3 and AKSUNGUR, and exported to over 20 countries, the ASELFLIR 600 takes performance to the next level with extended range, improved automation and greater mission flexibility.

At the core of the ASELFLIR 600 is a 25-inch multi-spectral common aperture, designed to capture greater optical power across the mid-wave infrared (MWIR), short-wave infrared (SWIR) and visible bands, enabling clearer, longer-range imaging in all lighting and environmental conditions.

Powered by ASELSAN's proprietary optics and high-resolution sensors, this upgraded architecture delivers enhanced detection, identification and recognition capabilities, enabling forces to make faster and more informed decisions across a wider range of operations.

The system includes an HD mid-wave infrared camera, a full HD daytime television camera, a SWIR sensor and a high-resolution thermal camera, all integrated with a comprehensive precision laser system suite, including a rangefinder, target designator, laser pointer and point tracker.

From wide-area surveillance to precise target identification, the ASELFLIR 600 enables end users to dominate the battlefield with superior vision and extended operating range.

To ensure image stability during high-altitude operations and multi-hour missions, the system combines a four-axis stabilized gimbal and a two-axis internal optical system, reinforced with advanced vibration reduction technology to ensure stable performance even in the most severe flight conditions.

ASELSAN’s ASELFLIR 600 is not just an optical upgrade, but also a huge leap forward in the field of intelligent ISR (Intelligence and Surveillance). Equipped with embedded AI algorithms for real-time target detection, threat classification and adaptive tracking, the system processes image data at high speed, significantly reducing the operator’s workload while speeding up tactical response.

In a mission environment where every second counts, this integrated intelligence transforms the ASELFLIR 600 from a passive device to an active workforce system. Scheduled for mass production in 2026, the ASELFLIR 600 is developed entirely using indigenous technology, underscoring ASELSAN’s commitment to technological sovereignty and operational excellence.

The type of bomb China developed causes the enemy to "turn off the power" completely.
