Invitation for Expression of Interest - VietinBank Headquarters Building Project

Dear: Interested Investors

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade ( VietinBank ) is carrying out necessary procedures to transfer the VietinBank Headquarters Building Project at lot TM1, Nam Thang Long Urban Area, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi City (Project).

VietinBank would like to respectfully inform and invite Investors who wish to receive the transfer of the Project, meet the conditions on capacity to implement the Project according to the provisions of law and have financial capacity to come to work to be provided with information, guided on procedures to participate in the appraisal of the Project, negotiate the contents related to the Project transfer transaction.

Deadline for receiving the Investor's request for registration to receive the Project transfer: Until 17:00 on July 25, 2025 (after the above deadline, VietinBank will stop receiving requests and stop providing information).
