Notice on not organizing an auction of shares of Danang Information Technology Telecommunication Design Joint Stock Company (DNTD Company) owned by VNPT

Pursuant to Decision No. 620/QD-TTg dated July 10, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group for the period up to the end of 2025 and Decision No. 86/QD-VNPT-HDTV-KTTC dated July 31, 2025 on approving the plan to transfer shares of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group at Danang Information Technology and Telecommunications Design Joint Stock Company (DNTD Company), VNPT has carried out procedures for offering shares by the normal public auction method through Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company ("SHS").

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1341-2025/CV-SHS dated August 29, 2025 of Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company on the announcement of the results of the auction registration of shares of Danang Information Technology and Telecommunications Design Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group;

VNPT announces the results of capital transfer through the normal public auction method of VNPT at Da Nang Information Technology and Telecommunication Design Joint Stock Company as follows: By the end of the registration and deposit deadline (3:30 p.m. on August 29, 2025), no investors registered to buy shares of DNTD Company at auction, therefore, the auction of shares of DNTD Company was not eligible to be held.
