MISA General Director Le Hong Quang introduced the MISA AMIS integrated enterprise management platform to Party leaders, ministries, departments, and the Tax Department, as well as other guests attending the event.
The program was attended by Mr. Ngo Hai Phan – Director of the Digital Transformation and Cryptography Department, Central Party Office; Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh – Director of the Tax Department, along with leaders from various ministries, sectors, and local tax authorities. Representing MISA were Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Dinh Thi Thuy, General Director Le Hong Quang, and leaders from MISA's solutions divisions.
With 80 years of development, the Tax Department is a pioneer in digital transformation, applying many technologies to support management and serve taxpayers. At the MISA booth, leaders directly listened to the MISA General Director introduce the MISA AMIS integrated enterprise management platform. The platform was highly appreciated and is expected to continue making a strong contribution to the digital transformation process of the Tax Department in the new phase.
The MISA AMIS integrated enterprise management platform is designed as an “enterprise operating system,” comprehensively meeting the business needs of individuals, household businesses, enterprises, and corporations. Data is continuously inherited, eliminating the need for system changes; only business processes are added as expansion occurs. MISA AMIS is designed to suit the specific characteristics of each sector and scale, while connecting with essential services such as banking, taxation, social insurance, e-commerce, recruitment, and logistics, facilitating data convergence and opening up opportunities for access to loans. Accordingly, the MISA Lending platform integrated into MISA AMIS has connected with banks to disburse nearly 30 trillion VND to small and micro-enterprises, contributing to unlocking capital for development. MISA AMIS also integrates AI Agent to automate data entry, control, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and intelligent suggestions, reducing the burden of management. Currently, more than 300,000 businesses, 50,000 household businesses, and 3.5 million individuals are using solutions developed by MISA.
The MISA AMIS platform connects internal and external businesses into a converged data ecosystem.
At the Fair, during the seminar "Digital Transformation Solutions to Support Businesses and Household Businesses in accordance with Resolution 68-NQ/TW," MISA General Director Le Hong Quang stated: "MISA has researched and developed MISA AMIS as a 'tailor-made' digital transformation platform for each group of small businesses and household businesses, helping them easily comply with tax and financial regulations, while developing their operations in the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Politburo ."

MISA also proposed building a comprehensive ecosystem connecting finance and business, with a three-party collaboration model involving tax authorities, banks, and technology companies being considered a key highlight. This model helps banks accurately assess credit and save costs, while also enabling transparent tax management, encouraging compliance, thereby expanding access to loans for businesses and enhancing competitiveness.
MISA also received an award from the Director of the Tax Department for its practical contributions at the Digital Transformation Fair commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Tax ngành's tradition.
Attending the event as a pioneering enterprise in developing and providing digital solutions, MISA made a strong impression on the leaders of the Tax Department, Ministries, sectors, localities, and invited guests. MISA was also awarded a commendation by the Director of the Tax Department for its practical contributions at the Digital Transformation Fair commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Tax ngành's tradition.
