Promoting the application of new technology in modernizing and digitally transforming the tax sector

(HTV) - On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Tax Industry's Traditional Day (September 10, 1945 - September 10, 2025), on the afternoon of September 8, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Tax Department organized a tax industry digital transformation fair.

At the fair, the tax sector, together with units under the Ministry of Finance and technology corporations and companies, displayed information technology products and applications serving tax management and supporting taxpayers.

At the fair, the tax sector introduced many outstanding products such as the eTax Mobile application, the electronic tax return filing system, and a set of 3 AI-based electronic handbooks for businesses and business households. These products directly support taxpayers, helping them access public services quickly and transparently.

The fair gathered 19 exhibition booths from the Tax Departments of provinces, units under the Ministry of Finance and many large technology enterprises such as: Sapo, Misa, KiotViet, VNPT, Viettel, FPT, CMC , Mobifone, Tecapro, NCS... and equipment manufacturers DELL, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Google...

Technology companies also provide solutions for cybersecurity, accounting, digital infrastructure and AI applications in tax management, showing the proactiveness of businesses in investing in technology, promptly and quickly resolving current tax procedures. Colonel Nguyen The Anh - Deputy General Director of Tecapro Company ( Ministry of National Defense ), said that the tax industry is constantly innovating with the goal of both creating convenience for people and effectively controlling financial risks related to profiteering.

Products that directly support taxpayers, helping them access public services quickly and transparently.
