The delegates also proposed and recommended many solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 and the Resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects. The delegates also requested the Government and the Ministry of Health to soon propose investment in primary health care and preventive medicine; clarify the reasons for the slow progress of many projects; and propose extending the implementation time of some specific projects. At the end of the discussion, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong and Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly delegates.
